Graeme Roger - Creative Producer / Visual Art / Film. His work includes sculpture, film, performance, photography, installations, theatre and residency projects, often collaborating with other artists and musicians, forming part of ROGER & REID, GANGHUT & WILDBIRD. Projects include residencies at Culloden Battlefield & Aden Country Park, also recipient of the Royal Scottish Academy Morton Award for lens based art as part of ROGER & REID. Video designer for theatre including the National Theatre of Scotland, Mull Theatre, Theatre Hebrides, Eden Court Theatre and Cinema, C21 Theatre.  Graeme works for the Engagement team at Eden Court Theatre as a Producer of film & visual arts projects. He is the 'Cashback for Communities' program manager for Eden Court Theatre and was recently Lead Artist at Grampian Hospital Arts Trust.  He has been a Moving Image tutor for 'Understanding Cinema' for the Filmhouse, Edinburgh & film tutor for The Royal Conservatoire of Scotland, North East Arts Hub.  Graeme is the creative lead on multiple public art and engagement projects throughout the UK.

Chris Lee - Chris is a writer/ director, performer and producer.  Past work includes 'The Hidden House' for The National Theatre of Scotland as part of Home/Away (writer/director) 2016, 'The Greatest Little Country (In the World!)' for Mull Theatre (writer) 2015.  Performer/ co-director in 'The Beautiful House' by Emma Anderson for Playpieces, Inverness.  'Dreich House' (writer/director), 2012/2013, 'The Mysterious Death of Netta Fornario' with Mull Theatre (writer/ director) NSTF Tour 2011 and 'Dark Matter' with Vision Mechanics (writer) NSTF Tour October November 2011, Theatrezene festival Cologne 2012 and as part of the British Council list in the 2013 Edinburgh Fringe.  'A Midsummer Night's Dream' (dir) 2011 and 'Working Holiday' with Skinny Dip Theatre (dir), Play Pieces Inverness 2011 'Fall of the Peacock Throne' at Southwark Playhouse, 'Playing a round with Shakespeare', (touring Highlands and Moray), National Theatre of Scotland's 'Elgin Macbeth' and 'Crucible' projects as well as 'Peacekeeper', 'King Lear - Bare Forked Animal' and 'The Fall of the Peacock Throne'.  Chris was shortlisted for the Arches Award for Stage Directors 2008, and "The Better Bankside" Shakespeare Award 2007 at Southwark Playhouse, London.
 
Chris has also worked extensively in community and education settings on a plethora of projects ranging from youth theatre to film and multi art collaborations.

Wildbird collaborate with professional practitioners on projects and productions utilizing local talents when possible and fostering relationships with regional and national / international companies.
